“Is anyone listening to us?” Debate – Youth Voice Poland 2026
The Centre for Innovative Education Foundation invites young people aged 16–24 to take part in the debate “Is anyone listening to us?”, organised as part of the nationwide project Youth Voice Poland 2026.
- Date: 22 September 2026, 3:30 PM
- Venue: Jan Nowak-Jeziorański Secondary School in Warsaw, ul. Hoża 11/15
During the debate – the first in a series of meetings taking place across Poland – young people, together with experts and journalists, will discuss how to rebuild trust in public institutions and ensure that young people’s voices genuinely translate into decisions in schools, local governments, media and the digital environment.
The debate will be an opportunity not only to hear from experts and researchers, but above all for young participants to speak up themselves. The organisers want to talk not only about problems, but also about concrete solutions – about what needs to change so that young people feel their opinion truly matters.
As shown by the “Youth 2025” report by the CBOS Foundation, the challenge is not young people’s lack of interest in public affairs, but their lack of trust and sense of agency – which is why creating spaces where their voices are genuinely heard is so important.
“Youth Voice Poland 2026 is meant to show that young people are not merely recipients of decisions — they can be their co-creators.”
— Joanna Bochniarz, President of the CIE Foundation
